Ann Marie Carrier
Born and raised in the finger lakes region of upstate New York, I have always been creatively curious. I am a graduate from Pratt Institute in Brooklyn. And when I’m not at work, I spend my free time traveling to distant shores, and trying new foods and wines. I also enjoy painting, crocheting and building furniture. But it is my love for typography and the art of the font that may go unrivaled. When taking a break from my interests, you will find me on the river in a kayak, or on a sidewalk stopping to pet every dog I meet. But most likely find me at the park spending the afternoon with my rescue pup, Ramona.
My Career
With a passion for art, and affinity towards solving complex creative challenges, a career in marketing/advertising seemed like the perfect fit. My work showcases a wide range of creative expression that include: digital art direction, information architecture, user experience, concepting, and creative direction. As a proven team leader with a need to stretch boundaries, I strive to innovate past the status quo. This has garnered me recognition both in and out of my field. My enthusiasm, commitment and ability to lead teams on large-scale projects have led to an award-winning career working on some of the biggest brands and largest names in advertising.
